Transport equipment —
Conveyors, lifters and palletizers

10 transport equipment models so internal flow keeps pace with densification: they connect every point of the warehouse you already have, from chain conveyors to automatic palletizers with WCS integration (the software that gives the machines their movement orders).

Heavy loads

Roller / chain conveyor — pallets

Moves pallets from one point to another with no forklift involved: the load flows on its own between receiving, storage and dispatch. It makes sense when there are repetitive routes with heavy loads. Up to 3,000 kg per pallet, a frequency inverter for smooth starts and a chain version that operates at -25°C.

Heavy pallets · Cold chain · Continuous flows

High speed

Belt and roller conveyors for totes

Carries the system's standardized plastic boxes (totes) to each station without anyone lifting them. It makes sense when the volume of boxes per hour exceeds what can be moved by hand. Accumulation zones to regulate the flow, straight and inclined runs, 24/7 operation and compatibility with MiniLoad and tote robots.

Vertical connection

Lifts between levels

Raises and lowers pallets and totes between floors without ramps or forklifts: it connects the ground floor with the mezzanine or with the racking levels. It makes sense when the warehouse grows upward. Up to 2,000 kg per pallet with ±2 mm precision, and 5 m/s with 150 kg in the tote version.

Mezzanines · Multi-level buildings · AS/RS feeding

End of line

End-of-line palletizer

Builds pallets on its own: it takes the layers of product coming off the line and stacks them ready for dispatch, with no physical effort or variable pace. It makes sense when manual pallet building is the dispatch bottleneck. Direct WMS/WCS integration and low maintenance.

Why automate internal transport

Native WCS integrationNo bottlenecks between stagesUp to 3,000 kg per palletUp to 5 m/s for totesOperation at -25°CModular and scalableQuarterly preventive maintenancePrior flow simulationSpare parts available in Argentina

In an automated warehouse, the conveyor is as critical as the stacker crane: a bottleneck in the conveyor can reduce the total system throughput even if the robots run at full capacity. That is why the internal transport network is designed with flow simulation before installation — the WCS virtually tests the system behavior under demand peaks to ensure there are no bottlenecks.

Decree 513/2025 — Tax benefit

Tariff reduced by NCM for conveyors and palletizers

The industrial transport equipment we integrate may qualify for Decree 513/2025, which reduces the import tariff according to the NCM classification of industrial conveyors, lifts and automatic palletizers. STOKA manages the complete import from origin to your plant in Argentina.

FAQ

The questions we get asked before deciding

What type of conveyor do I need for 3,000 kg pallets in my warehouse?

For 3,000 kg pallet loads, the chain or roller conveyors we integrate are the right choice. Both are sized for that load with a frequency inverter for smooth start. The choice between chain and rollers depends on pallet fragility and whether you need zone accumulation in the warehouse.

Can I integrate existing conveyors in my warehouse with the system?

In many cases, yes. The WCS we implement can control conveyors from other brands with standard control interfaces (PLC with Profibus, Profinet or similar). STOKA performs a compatibility audit during the technical diagnosis to determine which existing conveyors can be reused to reduce total investment.

What maintenance do the conveyors require?

The conveyors we integrate have quarterly preventive maintenance: chain or roller lubrication, tensioner verification and sensor check. Wear components are standardized and available in Argentina. The WCS monitors each warehouse section and issues alerts before a failure occurs.

Do the conveyors work at negative temperatures in cold rooms?

Yes. Cold chain conveyors operate down to -25°C with special lubricants, anti-freeze materials and hermetic design. They integrate with the cold-line stacker cranes and shuttle robots to create a fully automated cold storage system.
