The tote roller conveyor features a modular design for fast installation and low implementation cost. Driven by electric rollers, it guarantees stable, energy-efficient 24/7 operation at temperatures from -5°C to +45°C. Reliable structure, easy maintenance, high transport efficiency and flexible adaptation to different storage scenarios with fast expansion.
How it works
Efficient, reliable performance
Equipped with electric rollers and poly-V belt transmission, it travels at up to 30 m/min with a 200 kg load capacity. The electric roller consumes less energy than central-motor systems, reducing operating cost.
Flexible modular design
Standardized design for easy expansion and seamless connection with WMS/WCS, MiniLoad stacker cranes and tote transport robots. Modules are added or rearranged with no additional construction.
Intelligent accumulation zones
Zone rollers allow managing tote flow with zero-pressure accumulation, preventing collisions between containers in the buffer and guaranteeing orderly flow toward picking or storage stations.
