Changes pallet direction 90° without interrupting flow — cam structure

STOKA integra, instala y da soporte a estos sistemas en Argentina y Chile.
Industries
Technical description
The 90° transfer machine adopts a cam structure design, with a simple, robust overall structure. It is especially suitable for lifting and transferring heavy loads with a maximum load capacity of up to 2,000 kg. At the interface between automated storage and production, its customizable lift stroke adapts to roller conveyors and chain conveyors, enabling integration into existing systems with no complex modifications.
How it works
High capacity and stability
The cam-driven lifting structure supports loads of up to 2,000 kg, guaranteeing smooth, reliable vertical transfer for heavy-duty pallet applications at 5 cycles per minute.
Robust, simple design
The mechanically optimized cam structure offers high rigidity, a low failure rate and easy maintenance, ideal for long-term industrial operations with no unplanned stops.
Seamless system integration
It easily integrates with pallet conveyors, shuttle robots and stacker cranes, enabling efficient 90° pallet transfer within production lines and automated warehouses.
