STOKA integra, instala y da soporte a estos sistemas en Argentina y Chile.
Industries
Technical description
The forklift-type pallet lift eliminates the need to install a chain conveyor, reducing implementation costs. The telescopic fork extends to pick and place goods precisely. The control program is simple and has a low failure rate, making it a reliable solution for vertical pallet transfer between levels in warehouses and production lines.
How it works
Lifting with no additional conveyor
The telescopic fork picks up the pallet directly, eliminating the need for a chain conveyor at the transfer point. This reduces the system footprint and installation costs.
Precise barcode positioning
The barcode positioning system guarantees ±2 mm accuracy at each lift position. Control is simple and reliable, with a low failure rate in continuous operation.
Integration with automation systems
Compatible with shuttle robots, stacker cranes and AGV/AMR. It integrates with WMS/WCS to receive movement orders in real time and coordinate material flow.
