Total control of inventory and warehouse operations

STOKA integra, instala y da soporte a estos sistemas en Argentina y Chile.
Technical description
The WMS (Warehouse Management System) is the management software that controls inventory, inbound and outbound orders, picking and replenishment tasks, and the complete traceability of every movement in the warehouse, depot or facility. Developed with CMMI Level 5 certification (the highest level of software process maturity), the WMS integrates with the main ERPs on the market and with all the automation equipment we deploy. The responsive web interface allows management from any device, including operator tablets and radio-frequency terminals.
How it works
Receiving management
The WMS processes purchase orders from the ERP and generates receiving instructions. Each pallet or box is identified at entry, verified against the order, and the system automatically assigns the optimal location according to the slotting algorithm. Traceability is recorded from the first movement.
Real-time inventory control
Every movement in the warehouse updates inventory in real time. The WMS eliminates the need for annual physical inventories: the integrated cycle count validates positions continuously without interrupting the operation. Typical inventory accuracy exceeds 99.9%.
Order and dispatch management
The WMS receives sales orders from the ERP, consolidates them into picking waves, and generates instructions for operators and automated systems. Order status is available in real time for the ERP and for customer tracking systems.

STOKA Engineering
The WMS STOKA implements offers certified native integration with the complete hardware line from the same manufacturer. There is no middleware or third-party integrators: the same team that installed the stacker crane supports the WMS. STOKA offers the turnkey WMS implementation project with training, data migration and local after-sales support.
Technology with over 1,000 active installations in more than 30 countries. STOKA provides the local engineering: sizing, importation, installation, ERP integration and technical support in Argentina, without depending on overseas factory lead times. Learn more about the technology →
Frequently asked questions
A standard WMS implementation project (with no major customizations) takes between 8 and 16 weeks: process analysis (2 weeks), configuration and parameterization (4 weeks), data migration (2 weeks), testing and training (2 to 4 weeks). Implementation together with the ASRS hardware is planned in parallel for a single start-up.
Yes. The WMS can function as the main management system or as the control system of the automated zone (interfaced with the corporate WMS). The decision depends on the desired scope. STOKA evaluates both options and presents the advantages and costs of each before the proposal.
The WMS has certified connectors for SAP (IDoc and BAPI), Oracle (REST API), Microsoft Dynamics and the main ERPs on the market. The integration is bidirectional: the ERP sends orders to the WMS and receives movement confirmations, stock updates and order statuses in real time.
Yes. The WMS supports multiple warehouses, depots and facilities from a single instance. Each site has its own process configuration and user permissions. The management panel allows viewing consolidated inventory and KPIs of all sites in real time.
