The double-deep MiniLoad stacker crane maximizes storage density. It features a double-fork mechanism that accesses two storage rows from a single aisle. It significantly increases storage capacity by 20% to 30% per aisle versus the single model. With a double-fork design that accesses two product rows from a single aisle, it achieves greater capacity within the same space. Single-aisle storage capacity increases by 20% to 30%, optimizing warehouse utilization.
Ideal for high-volume SKUs
Double-reach or double-clamp forks can be changed on demand to accommodate bulk SKUs with different packaging. With ±3 mm accuracy it precisely aligns each SKU with its designated storage location.
Vertical space optimization
It maximizes the use of horizontal space and expands capacity vertically with a maximum height of up to 45 meters. With operation backed by a safe busbar, it acts as an intelligent solution for space-limited warehouse environments.
