Technical description
The explosion-proof shuttle robot is specifically designed for environments with flammable and explosive risks, such as chemical plants, coatings, energy and pharmaceutical warehouses. All key components, including the motor, battery, sensors and control box, meet the requirements for pallet handling in hazardous areas. It offers stable, reliable performance with ±2 mm positioning accuracy and an LFP battery for precise, long-lasting operation.
How it works
Stable, reliable performance
With ±2 mm positioning accuracy and a lithium iron phosphate battery, it guarantees precise, long-lasting operation in complex industrial conditions, even in atmospheres with ignition risks.
Safe, intelligent handling
Equipped with advanced sensors and safety monitoring systems, it provides real-time failure detection, automatic shutdown protection and intelligent scheduling for maximum operational safety.
Hazardous-area certified components
The motor, battery, sensors and control box are certified to operate in areas with flammable or explosive atmospheres. Each key component has been tested and certified individually.
