Industries
Technical description
Custom stacker cranes are designed for high-bay automated warehouses with special requirements: flammable or explosive risks (chemical, pharmaceutical and battery industries), low temperature (down to -25°C), clean rooms or low noise levels. These machines are engineered around a deep understanding of the unique demands of these industries, ensuring reliable, safe and stable operation even in the most extreme conditions.
How it works
Demand-based customization
Customization is offered according to warehouse functions: explosion-proof version, cold storage (down to -25°C) and clean room. Every detail is designed to guarantee full environmental compliance and equipment sustainability.
Rigorous safety in hazardous environments
Explosion-proof models feature ATEX-certified components, with all versions tested and certified according to current regulations. No compromise on safety for flammable-risk areas.
Performance without concessions
Customization does not mean sacrificing performance. Even at -25°C, the cranes maintain smooth operation and precise positioning (±3 mm), guaranteeing the same efficiency as in ambient-temperature conditions.

Frequently asked questions
It starts with a detailed survey of the operating environment: type of substances present, temperature range, required cleanliness level and target throughput. With that information, the manufacturer generates the custom mechanical and electrical design with the corresponding certifications.
The low-temperature version operates down to -25°C with hermetic sealing design, special lubrication and electrical components suitable for extreme cold. It maintains ±3 mm accuracy across the entire thermal range.
All electrical components are encapsulated in ATEX-certified enclosures that prevent contact with the potentially explosive atmosphere. The version has been tested and certified for flammable-risk areas.
