Technical description
The DELIE four-way shuttle robot redefines flexibility in high-density storage. Breaking the limitations of traditional shuttles, it moves forward, backward and sideways on flat rack rails, enabling true intelligent 3D storage and retrieval. The shuttle body is equipped with front and rear positioning sensors that precisely access and position the goods. It supports fully automatic or semi-automatic operation with great flexibility, FIFO and FILO.
How it works
Maximum movement flexibility
The 4-direction movement allows autonomous aisle change, eliminating fixed transfer points and easily adapting to warehouse layout changes or business fluctuations.
Cost-effective operation
A small fleet of 1 or 2 shuttles can efficiently serve a complete rack system, minimizing initial investment and operating costs. In case of unit failure, other shuttles take over automatically.
Fast and scalable deployment
The modular design and unified rail standards allow fast installation, calibration and commissioning. The fleet is expanded by adding robots without modifying the existing infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
The 4-way moves in four directions allowing autonomous aisle change, ideal for high-complexity, multi-aisle systems. The bidirectional operates in a single linear aisle, being more economical for fixed-route layouts.
The WCS coordinates all robots in real time, assigning tasks, resolving trajectory conflicts and monitoring the status of each unit. Failure alarms are generated in real time with complete remote diagnosis.
The shuttle is compatible with the main standard pallets on the market. The rack rail configuration adapts to the specific dimensions of the pallet used in the project.
