Which technology do you need?
Stacker Crane / MiniLoad
Occupies a full aisle and moves pallets or totes with a single piece of equipment. Up to 360 m/min, ±2 mm accuracy. More robust for warehouses with high reference variability.
E-commerce · Pharma · Manufacturing with many SKUs
Shuttle robot (4-way)
Circulates inside the racking with no dedicated aisle. Only 125 mm thick, 1.5 t load. Multiplies capacity without expanding the footprint. Plug-and-play.
Mass distribution · Retail · Depots with homogeneous products
Key specifications
AGV for fixed flows · AMR for areas with high human interaction and changing layouts.

FAQ
The stacker crane occupies a full racking aisle and moves pallets or totes with a single machine. The shuttle robot travels inside the racking between levels at higher speed and without a dedicated aisle. For warehouses with high turnover and many SKUs, the shuttle generally offers higher throughput per square meter.
Yes. DELIE manufactures cold chain versions certified to -25°C (shuttle robots) and -30°C (stacker cranes). They include airtight anti-condensation sealing, special lubrication and cold materials. They operate autonomously without staff inside the cold room.
It depends on the required throughput (lines/hour or pallets/hour), SKU count, warehouse layout and demand peaks. During the diagnostic phase, STOKA performs a flow simulation that determines the optimal number of robots to cover peaks without over-sizing the investment.
DELIE robots require 2-4 hours of preventive maintenance per month per unit. The WCS monitors each robot's status in real time and generates early alerts. High-wear components are modular and replaced without specialized tools. STOKA maintains local spare parts stock in Argentina.
