Ultra-dense small-parts storage with bidirectional and 4-way tote shuttle robots

STOKA es el representante oficial exclusivo de DELIE en Argentina y Chile.
Technical description
DELIE Tote Shuttle racking has a stable overall structure with excellent seismic performance, capable of supporting the construction of high-bay automated tote-shuttle warehouses. It reduces aisle occupancy, significantly improves space utilization for small-format materials and meets the different needs of customers in food, pharma, new energy and other industries. With more than 1,000 projects of experience, it integrates perfectly with intelligent devices for efficient goods retrieval.
How it works
Tote and box storage
The tote shuttle robot receives the container at the input station and transports it to the free position assigned by the WCS within the channel. The system supports containers of different sizes in the same facility, adapting to the operation's SKU mix.
Goods-to-person picking
On a picking order, the WCS tells the robot which container to retrieve and in what sequence to deliver it to the workstation. The operator only handles the product in front of them, eliminating picking travel in the warehouse.
Multi-level and irregular layouts
The racking adapts to floors with level changes, columns or non-rectangular geometries. The 4-way model enables the robot to move freely on both axes of the level, maximizing density with no layout constraints.

DELIE technology in Argentina
DELIE Tote Shuttle racking is designed for intensive picking operations where space is limited and retrieval speed is critical. The aisle reduction versus conventional systems can triple storage capacity in the same footprint.
DELIE has more than 1,000 active installations in over 30 countries. STOKA is the exclusive representative in Argentina: engineering, installation and local technical support without depending on overseas factory lead times. Frequently asked questions
The system is configured for the operation's standard containers. The typical range goes from 200×150×150 mm to 600×400×340 mm (standard Eurobox). DELIE can manufacture the configuration for any dimension within the tote shuttle robot's operating range.
Yes. DELIE offers racking configurations for 2-way robots (a longitudinal channel) and 4-way robots (free movement on both axes of the level). The choice depends on the required throughput and the operation's SKU mix.
Yes. The modular architecture allows adding aisles and levels without stopping the operation. The WCS scales automatically. STOKA plans future expansion from the start so the civil works account for expected growth with no additional construction.
The mechanical installation takes between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the project volume. STOKA coordinates the detailed engineering, importation, assembly and commissioning with local technical support in Argentina.
