Technical description
DELIE heavy-duty racking has a simple, easy-to-install structure, generally using a free-combination method and easy to disassemble and relocate. It is suitable for multi-variety, small-batch storage. Compatible with AGV/AMR and conventional equipment, it integrates seamlessly with DELIE automation systems for efficient warehouse management.
How it works
Flexible configuration
The modular design allows assembling, disassembling and relocating the racking according to changes in the warehouse layout. It requires no on-site welding or special tools. Level height adjustments are made in minutes.
Automation compatibility
Heavy-duty racking is compatible with DELIE AGV/AMR and with conventional forklifts, allowing a gradual transition toward automation without needing to replace the storage structure.
High-load storage
Built with high-quality materials and rigorously tested, they support up to 2,000 kg per pallet without deformation. The design guarantees stable storage of heavy goods across multiple levels.

Can they be used with conventional forklifts and AGVs at the same time?
Yes. DELIE heavy-duty racking is compatible with conventional forklifts (reach truck, stacker) and with AGV/AMR. This coexistence allows a gradual transition toward automation without replacing the racking.
What is the delivery time?
DELIE's standardized in-house production guarantees short timelines. STOKA coordinates the importation and delivery in Argentina within the timelines defined at the start of the project.
Can they be relocated if the warehouse changes location?
Yes. The modular design with no on-site welding allows disassembling and reassembling the racking at the new site. The disassembly and reassembly process is fast and requires no specialized tools.
Do they operate in cold storage or humid warehouses?
Yes. The silane anti-corrosion treatment guarantees resistance to humidity, cold and mild chemical agents. For extreme conditions (cold < -20 °C or strong corrosive agents) DELIE applies additional treatments.
