Technical description
DELIE steel structure platforms use a flexible, modular assembly process with all components connected via high-strength bolts. They require no on-site welding, are easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be built directly over the work site. They integrate with lifts and forklifts for coordinated management of the upper and lower levels. The modular design makes future disassembly and relocation easier.
How it works
Construction without civil works
All components arrive prefabricated and are connected with high-strength bolts directly over the warehouse floor. No on-site welding, no concrete, no masonry work. Installation does not interrupt warehouse operation.
Integration with lifts
The platform integrates with personnel lifts and forklifts for coordinated management of the lower and upper levels. The upper level can be used for storage, production or work area as needed.
Future relocation
The modular bolted design allows disassembling and reassembling the platform at another location. This relocation capability protects the investment against plant or business changes.

How much weight does the platform support?
The allowable load is calculated for each project based on the intended use. For light box storage the typical range is 300 to 500 kg/m². For heavy machinery or high-weight pallets the structure is reinforced. STOKA provides the certified structural calculation.
Can it be installed in a rented warehouse?
Yes. Being removable without damage to the building, the platform is recoverable at the end of the rental contract. This makes it a protected investment, unlike civil works that remain in the property.
How long does installation take?
A 300 m² platform is installed in 2 to 3 weeks. The absence of on-site welding and masonry work reduces the timeline versus concrete platforms. STOKA coordinates the complete project.
Can it be used in cold storage or with humidity?
Yes. The silane anti-corrosion treatment protects the structure in humid and cold environments. For extreme conditions or aggressive chemical agents, DELIE applies additional coatings.
