Technical description
The DELIE 3D Visualization Central Control System is based on 3D modeling and Digital Twin technology, restoring automated storage and retrieval scenarios in virtual space. It supports real-time equipment status monitoring, operation and maintenance management, data analysis and full lifecycle prediction. With standardized interfaces and great scalability, it connects with WMS, WCS and third-party systems such as security and energy, reducing implementation costs and facilitating integration across multiple industries.
How it works
Digital Twin — test before executing
The 3D model faithfully replicates the real warehouse. Before implementing changes to operational flows or equipment configuration, the Digital Twin allows simulating them in the virtual environment. Errors are detected in simulation, not in live operation.
High-consistency real-time monitoring
The system collects equipment operating status data and reflects it in the 3D model with high consistency between simulation and reality. Data charts visualize storage, production and transport operations within the plant in real time.
Full-cycle predictive analysis
The system covers the analysis, monitoring and trend prediction of the equipment's entire lifecycle. Abnormal situations are traceable, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to quickly locate the root cause of any failure.

What differentiates the Digital Twin from conventional SCADA visualization?
A SCADA visualization shows the current status of equipment in 2D (lights, values, alarms). The Digital Twin recreates the warehouse in 3D and allows simulating changes before implementing them, predicting system behavior under demand variations, and analyzing the history of each piece of equipment to detect degradation patterns.
Can the 3D system connect with the existing WMS and WCS?
Yes. The system has standardized interfaces to connect natively with the DELIE WMS and WCS, and with third-party systems (security, energy, BMS) via documented APIs. The integration is managed as part of the turnkey project.
