Technical description
The DELIE double-mast stacker crane is designed for operations where height exceeds 35 m or load per pallet exceeds 1,500 kg. The two parallel masts distribute the mechanical load, eliminating vibrations in fast cycles at great height and guaranteeing ±2 mm positioning accuracy even in the most demanding configurations. CE and ISO 9001 certified. Compatible with single- and double-deep aisles.
How it works
Dynamic stabilization
The double-mast system uses bearing guides at both ends of the carriage, eliminating lateral deviations during lifting movement. At travel speeds of up to 160 m/min, double-mast stability is significantly greater than in a single configuration.
High-speed cycles
The motion controller synchronizes both masts to keep the load carriage perfectly horizontal throughout the cycle. Combined cycles reach up to 180 pallets/hour per aisle.
WCS integration
It connects directly to the DELIE WCS or any third-party WCS via a standard interface. Complete real-time traceability of each pallet.

Frequently asked questions
From 35 m of height or loads over 1,500 kg, the double-mast offers greater stability and lower maintenance. For lower heights, the single-mast is more economical with equal performance.
Yes, as long as the slab is level and the rack structure is compatible. STOKA performs a technical survey of the warehouse before defining the configuration.
