Technical description
The DELIE steel storage pallet is the central load-bearing component of automated storage systems. Its standardized specifications and metal construction guarantee high strength and durability. In-house manufacturing ensures fast deliveries and it is suitable for a wide range of automated storage scenarios. Compatible with AMR/AGV, racking and transport equipment; fireproof, moisture-resistant and with a long service life.

Compatibility with automated systems
The standardized dimensions guarantee perfect integration with DELIE AS/RS racking, shuttle robots and conveyor systems. No adapters or modifications to the automation system are needed.
Resistance in special conditions
The silane treatment improves resistance to corrosion, humidity and low temperatures, ensuring a long service life in cold chambers, humid warehouses and environments with mild chemical agents.
High load capacity
Designed to support up to 2,000 kg, the metal structure distributes the weight evenly for stable storage of heavy goods. The burr-free surface minimizes product damage during handling.

Is it compatible with standard European (EURO) and American pallets?
The dimensions are defined according to the project's storage system. DELIE manufactures pallets compatible with EURO (1200×800 mm), ISO (1200×1000 mm) and American (1200×1200 mm) racking. For projects in Argentina and Chile it is specified according to the local transport system.
How many use cycles does the steel pallet support?
With basic maintenance (periodic cleaning and visual inspection), DELIE steel pallets support tens of thousands of cycles with no structural degradation. By comparison, wooden pallets last between 50 and 200 cycles before requiring replacement.
Does it work in cold storage or freezer?
Yes. The silane treatment and high-strength steel maintain their properties across the entire operating temperature range of DELIE systems (-30 °C to +40 °C). There is no structural degradation or shrinkage affecting compatibility with the automation system.
Can it be used with a conventional forklift as well as robots?
Yes. The standardized dimensions are compatible with conventional forklift forks (reach truck, pallet jack). This facilitates operation in non-automated areas of the same warehouse.
