Technical description
The DELIE high-speed tote lift is compatible with containers of various sizes, adapting to different operating scenarios. With perfect WMS/WCS integration, it allows efficient inbound and outbound handling of large volumes of goods between vertical levels. Available in four configurations according to the required load and layout.
How it works
High speed between levels
With a lift speed of up to 5 m/s and acceleration of 3 m/s², the lift transfers totes between levels in the shortest possible time, without being the system bottleneck.
Four available configurations
A single-side, double-layer, single-side workstation configuration offers 100 kg. The most robust configuration (double-side, double-layer, double station) reaches 400 kg load. Each configuration is selected according to the throughput and the warehouse layout.
Barcode positioning
The barcode positioning system guarantees ±2 mm accuracy at each level. The dual synchronous belt transmission ensures smooth, repeatable movement in 24/7 operation.

In the 100 and 200 kg configurations, the maximum lift speed is 5 m/s with 3 m/s² acceleration. The 400 kg configuration operates at 3 m/s. The choice depends on the container weight and the required throughput.

Yes. The lift integrates natively with WMS and WCS to receive movement orders and report the status of each transfer in real time.
